This website is a lead generation service: it does not provide financial advice, and enquiries are referred to a qualified, experienced, whole-of-market later life finance adviser. For the purposes of UK data protection law, the data controller for information collected through this website is Equity Release Hub Limited, 12 Batley Road, Enfield, EN2 0JG.
When you submit an enquiry through this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address (if given), your town, the age band of the youngest homeowner, an approximate property value, and any message you include.
We use this information solely to pass your enquiry to the adviser so they can contact you and, where you proceed, provide regulated mortgage advice. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest (responding to an enquiry you have chosen to make) and, where advice is provided, the performance of a contract and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your data or pass it to third-party marketing companies. Your details are passed to the qualified adviser who will handle your enquiry and, if you proceed with an application, may be shared with lenders, solicitors, and other parties necessary to arrange your mortgage. Website enquiry forms are processed by Formspree, which acts as a data processor on our behalf.
If you do not proceed beyond an initial enquiry, your details are kept for no longer than 12 months. Where the adviser provides regulated advice, records are retained by the advising firm in line with FCA requirements, which for equity release means records may be kept indefinitely.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
This website does not set marketing or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log basic technical information such as your IP address in order to deliver the font files.
